Beefstick Breakfast Bagel

  • Beefstick, enough to distribute over a bagel half
  • Two Eggs
  • Two slices American Cheese
  • Bagel

Fry Egg. Add Cheese to Egg, Melt Slightly. Toast Bagel. Remove Egg/Cheese and place on bagel. Fry beefstick to taste and place on bagel.

Hard Cooked Eggs

  • raw eggs

Put eggs in saucepan in cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Place eggs in cold water immediately.

French Toast

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 slices bread

Mix eggs, salt and milk. Dip bread slices into mixture and fry until done.

Blueberry Pancakes

  • 1 package blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup maple-flavored syrup

Drain blueberries, reserving liquid. Rinse blueberries. Beat muffin mix (dry), water, oil and eggs in medium bowl, using wire whisk, until smooth. Gently stir in blueberries. Grease heated griddle if necessary. For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until golden. Turn; cook until golden. Mix blueberry liquid and syrup; heat. Serve with pancakes.

Spicy Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • horseradish chedder cheese
  • 2 slices bread

Toast bread slices and butter if desired. Cook bacon until done, drain. Break apart bacon over one slice of bread. Fry egg. When egg is almost done, place sliced horseradish chedder cheese on top of egg and let melt. Put egg on other side of bread and close sandwich.
