South Texas Ranch Style Steaks
- T-bone steaks or chops
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup catsup
- a few dashes of worcestershire sauce
Lay flat steaks or chops in a pan. Salt and pepper, cover tightly with foil, and bake for 2 hours at 250°F. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and bake 30 minutes more.
